Background

Fat City is an American film production company.

Logo (July 5, 2024)

Visuals: On a black background, three rounded rectangular tiles pop in from left to right. Each tile contains a portion of a vintage color photograph featuring pedestrians on an unmarked crosswalk in a downtown street. Then, solid tan versions of the tiles crossfade with the images with portions of it morphing to form one letter in "FAT" with widely stretched proportions. Afterward, "C I T Y" emerges below. Lastly, the logo crossfades by changing colors to red and black.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: The opening theme of the film.

Availability: The logo is seen on Mother, Couch!.
