Background

Lark Studios is an Indian film production company.

1st Logo (February 24, 2023)

Visuals: Zooming out against a setting sun on a partly cloudy day, a rainbow-colored parrot flies in from the bottom right and stops in the center to gaze at the screen. The bird curves backward and soars off to the left, unveiling the logo. Specifically, "Lark STUDIOS" is not only shown through that but also clouds forming its contents. The same effect changes the text over to its Tamil translation.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: A soft, rising orchestral choral fanfare, ending with a loud drum beat.

2nd Logo (May 31, 2024)

Visuals: The lights bursting from the clouds unveil "Lark", in a glossy texture, on top of the ocean. A rainbow-colored origami lark with perforations for its red wing flies in and places itself next to the word. The foreground objects marginally zoom in until "STUDIOS", in a white metallic texture, fades and turns in below, to which the sunlight dies down, the logo zooms out, the details on the text are simplified, and the ocean disappears into a solid black background. A vertical light flash changes the text over to its Tamil translation.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: It begins with a mix of choral, reversed shining, and cinematic stuttering sounds. Then, a majestic shehnai and rhythmic drum fanfare plays, ending with a deep orchestral string chord.
