Background

Lollipop Video was the children's home video branch of Thames Video.

Logo (1980's-1990's)


Visuals: On a black background, there is a red rectangle with a white border. Inside the rectangle is the text "Lollipop" and next to it are three lollipops (one blue, one yellow and one green). The screen flips, changing the colours of the rectangle and lollipops. The screen flips again, showing the normal logo.

Technique: Computer animation.

Audio: A somber synth tune.

Availability: Appears on some children's UK VHS releases from the 1980s to the 1990s.
