Background

Madre Foca! Producciones is a Mexican film production company.

Visuals: It begins on a gray background with an extremely close shot of smoke blowing over to the right. Later, a 3D version of the logo, consisting of a seal against a wide black curved shape containing "madre foca! PRODUCCIONES", zooms out, stops, and flattens alongside the background becoming solid white. A few seconds later, the sequence gains a VHS filter and is rewinded to the middle of the zoom-out animation where it then plays normally. Later on, "PRESENTA", in Courier, is typed in on the bottom right section of the screen. The sequence becomes more damaged by the end where it cuts to black.

Technique: CGI and 2D computer animation.

Audio: It begins with cold wind that lasts until the VHS effect appears. Then, VHS rewinding sounds play, followed by the same sound from earlier with static. Later, typewriter sounds play. Distorted sounds, including snippets of the rewinding sound, end the sequence.
