1st Logo (July 1, 1992-2001)

Visuals: On a white background is a clapperboard with a clapper stick mostly filled with a checkerboard texture and a slate containing a serious jester in a seated, thinking pose while wearing an indigo motley, red and blue pants, red, green, and orange cap and bells, and blue and orange crakows, holding an orange tamborine, and is seated on a white stacked of rectangular plates. The drawing is on the left of the clapperboard while to the bottom right is a thinly outlined horizontal rectangular box with five rectangular holes cut out. When the screen zooms in, the slate claps, revealing the following text to the right of the jester:

The latter text has each letter within the holes of the bottom right box within the slate.

Variant: Starting in 1998, the logo is still.

Technique: Motion-controlled animation.

Audio: There is the clapperboard's clap as the clapper stick claps on the slate, followed by a little child's brief, gibberish dialogue.

Audio Variants:

• In the logo's later years, there is either no audio or the opening theme of the film plays after the film slate claps.
• On Третий не лишний, the child's dialogue is heard before the film slate claps.

Availability:

• The animated logo appears on films before 1998 such as Жених из Майами, Третий не лишний, and Импотент, the former two being the only ones containing the logo's soundtrack.
• The logo would be used until 2001, having its final appearances on Любовница из Москвы, Мы сделали Это!, and Тайное Свидание.

2nd Logo (April 1993)

Visuals: On a white background is the following text:

КИНОСТУДИЯ
НОВЫЙ ОДЕОН
ПОКАЗЫВАЕТ

The former word is in an upper arch and the company name is in a stylised, curvy and bold font.

Technique: A still, printed image.

Audio: The opening theme of the film.

Availability: The logo only appeared on Новый Одеон, which was produced in 1992 and premiered in theatres a year later.

3rd Logo (December 5, 2002-2004)

Visuals: A white ball of light shines the screen before the camera zooms out, revealing to be a glowing bell of the jester's red and white cap and bells. As more of the jester is revealed, it is shown to be a recreation of the previous pose, except the jester is in a red, white, and pink color scheme, and a spotlight is shining on him from the top right. Before the camera stops panning, "киностудия" in white fades in to the right of the jester, followed by "НОВЫЙ ОДЕОН" in a beveled font deblurring below said word. Right after the screen finishes zooming out, "представляет" fades in below the words albeit more further away where the word is down to the jester's right knee.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A synthesized and soft deep bass note plays for the first third of the sequence before segueing into a dreamy stinger with twinkling at the beginning and a low note at the end.

Availability: It appears on the following films: Стрела любви, Лёгкий поцелуй, and Заторможенный рефлекс.
