Not Okay is an American film production company.

Visuals: On a black background, five large copies of "NOT OKAY", in a retro serif font, pop in vertically, set to red, dark red, turquoise, yellow, and gold. Then, all but the center copy disappears. The turquoise version of the text gains a short trail facing the left featuring the aforementioned colors, alongside "NOT" slightly shifting to the right.
Technique: 2D computer animation.
Audio: An ascending, low-note synth arpeggio plays while a four-note crescendo jingle is performed, ending with a reverbing chord.
Availability: The logo is seen on Stop and Go.
