Background

Sarasavi Cineru is a Sri Lankan film production company.

1st Logo (March 22, 2019)

Visuals: On a black background, the logo fades and slowly zooms in. The logo consists of a white circular emblem, containing two white vertically stacked geometric shapes, containing a thinly bordered copy of themselves, within a blue petal, next to "sarasavi CINE ROO" in a right-aligned stacked format and blue color. "PRESENTS" fades in below "ROO" and the logo shines.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: A deep heartbeat, followed by soft shrill buzzing and a low chord.

Availability: The logo is seen on Asandhimitta.

2nd Logo (February 14, 2022)

Visuals: On a black background, the screen focuses on the logo, comprised of "sarasavi", in a dark bronze texture, on top of its Sinhala translation in a large red size and with a film reel inside the last letter, and "C I N E R U" in gold. Orange-red particles fall from the text and land on the reflective ground while the logo shines.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A soft idiophonic synth fanfare with a background hamming track.

Availability: The logo is seen on Alborada.
