Visuals: On a dimly lit and grainy gray filmstrip background, a shadow of a fish cut-out puppet enters the screen from the right and settles in the center. Then, "SHADOW FISH" and "PICTURES", in scribbled fonts, wipe in on top and below of the fish respectively, both of which having their shadows seen from behind.
Technique: Motion-controlled and 2D computer animation.
Audio: The opening theme of the film.
