Background

Shankar Film Industry Manipur (SFIM) is an Indian Manipuri film production company founded by Em Kay Jeet.

1st Logo (December 27, 1997)

Visuals: A statue of the Hindu god Shiva is seen seated on a pedestal which has the letters "SFIM" carved onto it in yellow. Red smoke is seen flowing behind the statue.

Technique: Live-action and practical effects.

Audio: A tanpura theme with horns, segueing into a chorus praising Shiva as Mahadeva.

Availability: This logo is seen on Meichak Meichak.

2nd Logo (February 1, 1999)

Visuals: A white seated Shiva statue is seen on top of a clay pedestal, which itself is placed on top of a red tablecloth. Wind is visibly blowing the tablecloth as flowers are thrown onto the statue. The company name is not seen.

Technique: Live-action.

Audio: Same as before.

Availability: This logo is seen on Aroiba Bidaai.

3rd Logo (April 5, 2005)

Visuals: On a black background, a painting of Shiva is seen. The top of his head shines and water spouts out of it and into a small pot by his side. From his right hand, the following text zooms in:

SHANKARA FILM INDUSTRY
MANIPUR

Technique: Computer animation.

Audio: A swarmandal theme.

Availability: This logo is seen on Krishna Allaha Jesus.

4th Logo (January 13, 2008)

Visuals: A small girl is seen offering a flower and prostrating before a statue of Shiva. "Shankar Film Industries Production" fades in over the footage. The footage then fades into a CGI recreation of the first logo, sans the smoke and with the statue in white.

Technique: Live-action and CGI.

Audio: For the live-action part, same as the first logo. For the CGI part, a male chorus.

Availability: This logo is seen on Loktak Patki Nungsirabi.
