1st Logo (December 27, 1997)
Visuals: A statue of the Hindu god Shiva is seen seated on a pedestal which has the letters "SFIM" carved onto it in yellow. Red smoke is seen flowing behind the statue.
Technique: Live-action and practical effects.
Audio: A tanpura theme with horns, segueing into a chorus praising Shiva as Mahadeva.

2nd Logo (February 1, 1999)
Visuals: A white seated Shiva statue is seen on top of a clay pedestal, which itself is placed on top of a red tablecloth. Wind is visibly blowing the tablecloth as flowers are thrown onto the statue. The company name is not seen.
Technique: Live-action.
Audio: Same as before.

3rd Logo (April 5, 2005)
Visuals: On a black background, a painting of Shiva is seen. The top of his head shines and water spouts out of it and into a small pot by his side. From his right hand, the following text zooms in:

Technique: Computer animation.
Audio: A swarmandal theme.
Availability: This logo is seen on Krishna Allaha Jesus.
4th Logo (January 13, 2008)
Visuals: A small girl is seen offering a flower and prostrating before a statue of Shiva. "Shankar Film Industries Production" fades in over the footage. The footage then fades into a CGI recreation of the first logo, sans the smoke and with the statue in white.
Technique: Live-action and CGI.
Audio: For the live-action part, same as the first logo. For the CGI part, a male chorus.
