Visuals: On a black background, multiple black and white stills of various scenes related to sex and violence are shown zooming out. The first few consist of:

  • A black haired woman on a bed holding a gun while next to a shirtless man laying down.
  • A dark shot of a topless blonde woman in a sensual pose while holding a telephone.
  • A bloodied knife on against a blood splattered floor.
  • A shirtless man pointing a gun at the screen.
  • A nude blonde woman with a veil.

After all the shots merge together into one, they form a pupil, which expands to an extreme close up of a left eye with a cloudy mask. The iris of the eye has become bloodied during this sequence, which expands and covers the screen, wiping out the eye. In the blood-covered sequence, "SINEMA ARTE FILMWORKS", with the latter underneath the underlined letters, fades in, slowly zooms in, and subtly ripples. The latter transition stabilizes when the blood filter fades out to black, showing the text is in a dark red-white-dark red vertical gradient color.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: Eerie and ominous, slowed audio of creepy ambience and two sets of blood splatter, which ends with dark wind as the pupil appears. As the blood expands, a water drop sound plays, followed by more dark ambience and deep electronic warbling.
