Background
Sleepy Kids was a children's entertainement company founded in 1989, which was named after and formed up produce the cartoon Midnight Patrol: Adventures in the Dream Zone, known as Potsworth and Co. in the United Kingdom.
After several acquisitions, the company merged with The Richard Digance Card Company and renamed as SKD Media. At the beginning of 2000, after a merger with Carrington Productions International, SKD Media was renamed as Entertainment Rights.
