Visuals: On a black background filled with floating dust particles, the logo, made up of silver liquid, rises from a water surface, flips around, and flattens while having a burst effect. The logo consists of three triangular house roofs with arched windows and a fairly narrow roof on the left. "STERLING HAVEN LLC", with the latter diagonally aligned, is below the roofs. By the time the logo is fully formed, the water and bursting lights fade out.
