Visuals: On a black background, red, white and blue stacked copies of the text "U.S. FILM CORP." with a registered trademark symbol next to it fade in one by one. The text then fades in in the center with said colors being in a gradient.
Technique: Fading effects.
Audio: 3 whooshes, followed by a crash and a deep echoing piano note. A 5-note chime is heard, followed by a 6-note piano theme.
Availability: Only seen on Death Match.
