Background
Cartoon Network Movies is the film production arm of Cartoon Network.
1st Logo (Early 2002)
Visuals: On a background with a red light and several spirals emerging from the center (similar to the background for the Cartoon Cartoons logo), the 1992-2004 Cartoon Network logo zooms towards the camera.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: An announcer (Don LaFontaine for the theatrical trailer; Jim Cummings for the video trailer) saying either "...from Cartoon Network..." or "Cartoon Network presents...", as taken from the trailers.
Availability: Seen on the first theatrical trailer and video release teaser for The Powerpuff Girls Movie.
2nd Logo (July 3, 2002)
Visuals: There is a movie theater with several Warner Bros./MGM/Hanna-Barbera/Cartoon Network characters in the seats as the camera slowly pulls back. Then after a moment, the theater darkens, leaving it pitch-black with many blinking eyeballs. The light from the projector shines on the audience, with the characters' eyes forming the 1992-2004 Cartoon Network logo.

- This logo was likely inspired by the 1999 "Silence is Golden" promo, where it also featured the Blue Falcon, Birdman and Zandor.
- The character relationships in the logo were based on the old CN promos, including Barney and Boo-Boo (seen in the "Sidekicks" promo), Shaggy and Droopy (seen in the "Toon Fiction" promo, parodying Pulp Fiction), and Chicken, Fred and Thundarr (seen in the "Parking Lot" promo).
Variant: An open matte version exists on 35mm film scan prints of The Powerpuff Girls Movie.
Technique: A combination of 2D animation (for the characters) and CGI (for the theater seats). This logo was done by Primal Screen, who at the time was responsible for Cartoon Network's on air branding.
Audio: Chattering and other miscellaneous sound effects, followed by blinking noises, and a projector running with a cymbal roll.
Availability:
- Only seen on The Powerpuff Girls Movie (including on an HBO Max Brazil streaming print), and the Dexter's Laboratory short Chicken Scratch on The Powerpuff Girls Movie VHS and DVD releases.
- It can also be seen on Primal Screen's website as well.
- Footage from this logo was also reused for a 60-second bumper celebrating Cartoon Network's 10th anniversary (where the Cartoon Network checkerboard zooms in and the word "For Ten Years, The Best Place of Cartoons." fades in after a montage of CN clips), and then as an actual television bumper later on.
- It is also preserved on two Cartoon Network promotional DVD releases released in the UK titled Toon Foolery: Fool About Laughing! and Toon Foolery: Laugh Your 'Ed Off!, respectively.
3rd Logo (August 11, 2006-November 21, 2007)
Visuals: On an ethereal sky background, a plasma television set with wings flies up, then stops. When this happens, characters from various CN originals pop out around the television. On the set, there is a fuzzy picture of the Cartoon Network Movies logo (the CN logo from 2004-2010 with a gold banner reading "MOVIES" in Gill Sans Ultra Bold below). The screen then zooms up to the TV, whose picture clears up, and the CNM logo starts to shine. The logo situates itself into a letterbox format.
Trivia:
- Like the previous logo, most of the characters featured in this logo include:
- Edd and Eddy (Ed, Edd n Eddy)
- Tamika Jones (Class of 3000)
- Bloo, Mac and Eduardo (Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends)
- Billy (The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy)
- Jake Spidermonkey (My Gym Partner's a Monkey)
- The animations of Edd, Eddy and Billy were provided by Primal Screen (which were recycled from Cartoon Cartoon Fridays, a block that ran on Cartoon Network from 1999 to 2003).
Variant: There is a singular variant that doesn't include the letter "S" on the banner.
Technique: A mix of 2D animation and CGI.
Audio: Three chimes when the TV flies up, then two orchestral hits (one when the TV stops, and the second when the screen zooms up to it). The sounds of children laughing are heard as the characters appear.
Availability:
- Seen on several CN made-for-TV movies from 2006 to 2007, such as Ben 10: Race Against Time, Billy & Mandy's Big Boogey Adventure, and Teen Titans: Trouble in Tokyo, although DVD prints of the latter, among others, exclude this logo.
- These movies haven't been played on the channel in years.
