Visuals: There is a golden square, on the square are the connected letters "C" and "M", shines while zooming into the screen and settles over a black background. It then stops shining and slides into the left with a trailing effect. "張 敏 電 影 製 作 公 司" then wipes in to the left, followed by "CHEUNG MAN MOVIE PRODUCTION CO.".
Variants: A shortened version exists.

Audio: A majestic sounding fanfare.
