Background

Enrique Cerezo Producciones was established in 1994 by Enrique Cerezo with the goals for promoting the Spanish film industry and developoing high-quality contents. Over the years, the company has titled 90+ productions between feature films and documentaries.

1st Logo (April 26, 1996-October 24, 2021)


Visuals: A long azure opal with the text "enrique cerezo" in a compressed serif font with the i's dot in the aforementioned color, with "PRODUCCIONES CINEMATOGRAFICAS" overlapping between the latter and the "q"'s descender.

Variants:

  • Most of the time, the serif font may change to a bolder or thinner one.
  • During the logo's lifespan, the logo's size varies.
  • On Adosados, the text in the first row's first letters are capitalized, with the dot of the "i" colored white, and the text in the other row is colored black.
  • On La Vuelta de El Coyote, the text in the second row is colored black.
  • On You're The One (Una historia de entonces) and Viaje a alguna parte, the logo is in a grayscale tone.
  • On El chocolate del loro (aka Curso de Verano), the logo gets surrounded by an overlapping parallelogram stroke consisting of four strokes.

Technique: A still, computerized graphic.

Audio: None or the opening theme.

Availability: Seen on a high amount of movies it has showed up so far. It debuted on El perro del hortelano, and made its last appearance on Viaje a alguna parte.

2nd Logo (October 21, 2022-)

Visuals: A multitude of vertical bars that form a bold "C"-shaped letter, with the company's name separated by two rows underneath it, with the first row's font in a compressed serif font, and the other in a spaced-out serif font.

Technique: A still, digital graphic.

Audio: None.

Availability: Debuted on La piel del tambor.
