Logo (December 14, 2018)

Visuals: A black and white film of a kaiju stomping and roaring in a downtown city is shown with explosions and a detailed cityscape in the background and generic, geometric skyscrapers in the foreground. To the left, a helicopter is seen spiraling downwards before regaining control to fly towards the giant monster. The kaiju hits the flying vehicle, which quickly spins towards the monster's back head and knocks it over, revealing the head of an actor playing as the beast. After several buildings are knocked down, the work lights are turned on and the actor puts their hands behind their head in a frustrated manner. Then, two hands holding a clapperboard enter the picture to close, zoom in, and slide to the left, changing the background shot over to a 2D vector of the actor and kaiju costume on top of "FILMWORKS/FX INC." on a black background.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: Before the blooper, police sirens going off, fire combusting, the helicopter flying, and the kaiju's roar are heard. Then, a stock cartoon bumping sound as the costume's head falls off plays, followed by equipment crashing and an angered director yelling "Cut!" three times. The clapper stick snaps, the director sighs, and a deep orchestral note stinger is performed.

Availability: The logo is seen on Beyond White Space.
