Koei Tecmo Holdings (formally Tecmo Koei Holdings) was created in April 1, 2009 as a result of merger between two Japanese companies Tecmo and Koei. The name is used for publishing, while respective names of the subsidiaries are saved for development.
Logo (September 29, 2009-)
Visuals: There is two connected circles - the gray one with the black "K" from Koei logo and the red with red "T" from Tecmo logo. Below is the name "TECMO KOEI GAMES" (in earlier games) or "KOEI TECMO GAMES" (in recent games) in English or Japanese. In the latter case the background in black.
Variants: On Undead Knight (its debut), the logo is flat and the text is absent.
Technique: A still, digital graphic.
Audio: None.
Availability: Appears on the newer games from the company, including those from the Dynasty Warriors, Romance of the Three Kingdoms, and Nioh series. The Japanese text variant appears mostly on Japanese language exclusives.
