Background

Sledgehammer Games is a subsidiary of Activision founded in 2009 by Visceral Games alumni Glen Schofield and Michael Condrey, formerly of Dead Space fame.

1st Logo (November 8, 2011)


Logo: On a green and white radio wave/heartbeat monitor background, "SLEDGEHAMMER GAMES TM" in a giant metallic font fades in. It shortly dissolves out.

Technique: The fade in and dissolve out, as well as the wave graphic. Pretty cool effects that make it stand out from the later logos.

Music/Sounds: The sounds of the monitor.

Availability: Seen on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.


2nd Logo (November 4, 2014)
