Background
Techno Soft was a Nagasaki-based video game development company founded in April 1982. Their initial output included computer games before they developed games for home consoles, notably Sega-related consoles and the PS1. From there, they would produce the Thunder Force franchise. The company would cease to exist in 2001 when they sold their assets to Twenty One.

Variants:
- Sometimes, the logo is seen in the video game title screen where it is part of the copyright notice.
- The gradient on the logo may change depending on the game. It may include cyan, white, and green. The company name is also spelt as "Techno Soft".

Technique: A still, sprite-based graphic.
Audio: None or the opening theme of the game.

5th Logo (December 3, 1994-March 31, 1995)
Visuals: Set on a sunny plateau setting is "Tecno Soft" in the same font as before. It is initially upside down before flipping, rotating, and zooming out to its normal position. Once it is in its normal position, the trademark symbol with a white outline is placed next to "Soft" and the following objects rise around the company name: "World of Technology" with a white outline and within a right-directing arrow, a black planet with a ring reading "TECNO SOFT" in white, and a black box with the half cut white letters "TS" fitting within its contents. The former is above the company name while the latter two are besides it. When they all appear, the background disappears through a falling panel effect.
Variant: On Nekketsu Oyako for the Sega Saturn, the sequence starts through a fade in effect.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: A rising electronic note ending with a high note.

6th Logo (December 1, 1995-December 16, 1999)
Visuals: Set on a blue horizon background made up entirely of shades of said color, a gold planet with rings flies upwards, spins, and leaves blurry copies of it in the process, revealing the text and "TS" box logo from before with the former in a silver texture and the latter in a shiny turquoise color. The planet returns to the screen on the left side, now smaller and lands next to "Tecno" where its copies merge back with it. Then, the background changes through a stiff rippling effect to how the finished logo appears from the previous logo on a white background.
Variant: On Thunder Force: Gold Pack 1, after the logo is formed, the screen shrinks.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: A piano arpeggio that descends and ascends a few times alongside a few chorus notes, ending with a synthesized, reverbed high note.
