Background

GTRK Bashkortostan is the state regional broadcaster of the Republic of Bashkortostan from Russia, headquartered in Ufa.

1st ID (1990-1995)

Visuals: A group of thin white lines going out in the distance is seen. On top of that is a spinning light of various colors (blue, cyan, green, yellow, orange, red, pink, white and purple). Then, blue letters reading "ТВ" fly from the top right corner towards the center before rapidly placing itself back at the corner. After 17 seconds, a miniature statue of the Salavat Yulayev monument fades in. The statue rotates to face the right, then "Башкортостан" in green flips itself upwards from the bottom, casting a shadow.

Technique: A mix of 2D computer animation and model work.

Audio: A calm synth bell theme, which loops thrice.

2nd ID (1995-1997)

Visuals: The sequence starts with a closeup photo of the Earth's surface behind a brown film camera. The camera's lens moves towards the screen before distorting into a red sphere, which fades into a globe spinning counterclockwise. The landmass of Bashkortostan zooms out before turning slightly to the left and zooming back in, then a photo of the Salavat Yulayev monument's silhouette over a yellow sky fades in, to which two translucent waving ribbons (one blue and one green) rise up. The ribbons and sky fade out and the statue fades to gray before it turns to face right. As it turns, a lens flare wipes past the statue and the same Earth surface image fades in the background, followed by three diagonal lines (colored blue, white and green). Several lines rise and fall whilst rotating, causing them to mesh together and transition the setting to a blue-white gradient background. The statue is placed in the center, atop a thin line in the colors of the Bashkortostani flag with "ТЕЛЕВИДЕНЕҺЫ" in white arched over it and "Башкортостан" in blue with a gray outline placed at the bottom. A white lens flare wipes across the arched text.

Technique: A mix of CGI, computer effects and live action.

Audio: A triumphant brass fanfare.

3rd ID (1997-1998)

Visuals: The camera zooms into a waving flag of Bashkortostan, which is tilted at a 45° angle. The flag tilts downward to a slight acute angle before the horizontal tricolors fade out, leaving the circle and kurai flower. As the camera zooms closer towards the symbol, the circle abruptly transforms into a gridded hemisphere with a row of Central Asian-style patterns spinning along the edge. The kurai flower fades away to reveal a gridded sphere perched atop a spire, which fades into the top part of a TV tower. The ring of patterns fades out as the tower emits signals. Inside each signal is a clip of Bashkortostan's natural landscape. The tower zooms out and fits itself into the center in an upright position. The Salavat Yulayev monument fades into the background as the TV tower fades out. Then, on the screen's bottom quarter, "Башкортостан" wipes itself in from left to right whilst shining a bright light. The text's light dims out as "ТЕЛЕВИДЕНЕҺЫ" fades in below.

Technique: A combimation of CGI and chroma-key effects.

Audio: A peaceful synth fanfare, accompanied with the orchestra hit sound at the end.

4th ID (1998-1999)

Visuals: The sequence starts with a blue background, which is abruptly followed with a closeup shot of a waving flag with Bashkortostan's horizontal tricolors. Various shots of Bashkortostan are displayed in the background as blue text reading "дәүләт" types itself in at the top. The word slides to the left as two yellow rings of text "государственная телерадиокомпания 'башкортостан'" zooms in opposite directions. The ring of text "eclipses" as they merge before they continue zooming away. On the bottom, "телерадиокомпанияһы" in yellow types itself in and slides to the left. The camera passes through a series of Earth-like globes. A blue ribbon appears in front of the fourth globe, to which the camera zooms out and a light flashes in the center, subsequently turning the globes into a green kurai flower. Unknown.
