Background

Electronic Arts Gothenburg (formerly Ghost Games) is a video game development company originally formed in 2011 as EA Gothenburg before changing its name on November 15, 2012 to Ghost Games. They have mainly overseen the development of games in the Need for Speed franchise, though they've had smaller roles on other projects such as Mirror's Edge: Catalyst and Battlefield V. In February 2020, it was announced that the company would revert back to the EA Gothenburg name.
