Fool's Theory

From the Audiovisual Identity Database, the motion graphics museum

1st Logo (December 1, 2017)

Visuals: Scrolling along a dimly lit chalkboard background, an equation consisting of a horseshoe plus a gear icon inside two parentheses is drawn, beginning with the two objects followed by the punctuation marks. Then, there is a multiply symbol next to sunshine, which equates to a stylized head of a laughing jester. The chalk drawing of the latter flattens and shakes as small round particles burst out of it as the company name in a Corleone-inspired font fades in below.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: There are chalkboard drawing sounds alongside a rising, muffled string stinger leading to a whoosh alongside twinkling. The jester's crazed laughter is heard afterwards.

Availability: It was only seen on Seven: The Days Long Gone.

2nd Logo (March 4, 2024)

Visuals: A triangular, white vector graphic of a jester with an angry expression is shown on top of "FOOL'S THEORY" in a stacked format, with the apostrophe as a diamond, and the trademark symbol below the company name.

Variant: There is a horizontal variant where the head is to the left of the company name, which is left-aligned, and the trademark symbol is on top.

Technique: A still, digital graphic.

Audio: None or the opening theme of the game.

Availability: It is seen on The Thaumaturge.
