Background

France Ô (the "Ô" coming from "outremer", meaning "overseas") was a public TV channel that aired programming from the French overseas departments and collectivities. It was launched in 1998 as RFO Sat and renamed to France Ô in It was closed in August 24, 2020 due to poor ratings.

1st (known) Logo (1999-2005)


Visuals: There is different images through different colored filters. We then see a globe with the RFO Sat logo while images pass by on it. It then ends with people dancing, a light flash and the RFO Sat logo.

Visuals: There is squares with different colors flipping over. It then zooms in and ends with a square in the center forming the logo against an orange background.
