Background
Korean Central Television (often abbreviated KCTV) is North Korea's primary state-owned television network. They are the only official news broadcaster in North Korea.
(c. 2000's-present)
Logo: On a blue gradient space background with a trail of various squares, we see a set of radio telescopes on the bottom right. After a little while, the Korean Central Television logo (a stylized "조선" forming the torch of the Juche Tower) flips and zooms out to the top middle of the screen.
Sign-off Variant: After the usual animation finishes, we see the text "래일의 순서" (Order of Tomorrow) zoom in to the center of the screen.
FX/SFX: Basic (and dated) 3D animation.
Music/Sounds: A dreamy descending synth chimes tune. The sign-off variant has another dreamy theme (presumably an arrange of a North Korean patriotic song) with a female announcer saying "여러분이 내일 보시기를 방송 순서를 처리해서 알려드리겠습니다" (We'll let you know what you see tomorrow in the broadcast sequence).
Availability: Can be seen on most programs and sign-offs. For the most part, this can only be seen in North Korea. Outside of the country, you may see this logo pop up on the network's RTSP broadcasting server. You can also find it on their official YouTube channel.
Editor's Note: Considering the place in which this channel is situated however, it isn't too bad.
