'''Triviaː'''

'''Variantsː'''
*This graphics package seems to have come from the British design agency the Designers Republic, and multiple sources state this, but any mention of these idents does not appear on said design agency's website.
*'''Wheelː''' The Nickelodeon logo is shown like usual. An orange tractor wheel rolls towards the word. Once the tractor wheel is close enough, the wheel drives over the text and flattens the text before the word pops back to normal.
* It has a website version, where it's a message to help the people affected by the tsunami at the time.
*'''Scissorsː''' The CGI text pops out of the background. Scissors with teeth appear at the right side and cut the text. The logo goes to the left revealing the text.
*'''Handː''' A live hand quickly grabs the left side of the text. The hand leaves while grabbing onto the text, making the rest of the ident only an orange background.
*'''Pushing & Pullingː''' Two children carry the text in a rectangle. The ident zooms out while the children and the rectangle fade out.
*'''Spinning Lettersː''' All of the letters for "Nickelodeon" spin to get in their proper position.
*'''Carsː''' Cars are seen driving under the text. A blue car, which is the last car to be seen driving, crashes into the text before immediately driving away.
*'''Tornadoː''' A tornado settles towards the text and carries the letters from right to left.
*'''Whirlpoolː''' The text spins and gets sucked at the bottom of the screen, similar to the behavior of a whirlpool.
*'''Pop-in Lettersː''' There is the text with a shadow & each letter in a random order becomes orange. It then "blinks".
*'''Glassː''' The logo starts off as a blue screen. The blue screen abruptly cracks and sends pieces everywhere, revealing the text against an orange background.
*'''Gigglingː''' The letters in their proper position are seen watching television, where a bright light from the television is shown. As this happens, the logo is tilted at the upper left corner. A man from the television program screams, and each of the letters giggle while the logo tilts to the frontside of the text.
*'''Gumː''' A live foot is seen smashing the text. As the foot lifts up, the text stretches like gum and attaches itself to the foot.
*'''Lettersː''' Various letters appear for a split second in the same font as the standard Nickelodeon font. "Nickel" appears after a while, followed by the text "Odeon" located at the right side.
*'''Silly Monster Aː''' A white monster runs behind the text. The monster tries to get his head through the "O" from the text. The monster eventually does, and the monster gets dizzy.
*'''Silly Monster Bː''' The same monster walks in front of the text. The monster walks backwards afterwards, using the text to get him to launch. The monster launches and, just like the last ident, gets dizzy.
*'''Silly Monster Cː''' The same monster is seen at the right side of the logo picking up the "N" from the aforementioned word and drops it, making a pendulum. The first "N" acts like a pendulum, followed by the second "N". Once the same letter does so, the letter hits the monster and sends him flying.
*'''Silly Monster Dː''' The same monster places himself onto the text and swings on the text. The text sends the monster flying to the screen, making him dizzy. The monster disappears to the bottom of the logo and the text places itself to the center.
*'''Lifting Lettersː''' Each letter appears at the top half of the logo and jumps to show the rest of the text.
*'''SpongeBobː''' SpongeBob SquarePants is seen using the "I" for the word as a flute. The logo zooms out to reveal the word, and SpongeBob puts the letter in between the "N" and "C" in the word and leaves to the left side.
*'''Slimeː''' A green screen is shown with orange slime dripping on the screen. As the slime drips, the slime reveals the text.
*'''Typingː''' Each letter appears horizontally in a white line style. As each letter appears, a white rectangle appears next to the letter. Once the word is fully shown, the word blinks multiple times, revealing the word in white.
*'''Slot Machineː''' All of the letters are seen falling at a non-stop loop. After a few seconds, the letters steady to place.
*'''Bubblesː''' {{color|Orange}} bubbles are seen floating upwards against a blue background. As more bubbles appear from the bottom side of the logo, the background and the word is revealed.
*'''Sparkː''' A spark approaches towards the text. The spark goes through the letters, making the letters burnt. The letters fall into pieces.
*'''Stampedeː''' A herd runs towards the text, making the letters fall to the ground and dizzy.
*'''Particlesː''' White particles are seen creating the word and flying vertically. Then the word disappears from a quick flying set of smoke.
*'''Cartwheelː''' An asian girl with a white glow behind her is shown doing a cartwheel in front of the text.
*'''Runningː''' Multiple children runs in front of the text.
*'''Jumpingː''' Three children are shown jumping, trying to touch the text. There are different versions of this as well, where there can be a different set of kids, kids jumping in a different perspective, or involving only a singular kid.
*'''Distortionː''' Circle outlines appear all over the screen. The outlines dissolve and reveal the word.
*'''Spinning Childː''' A child places himself to the ground three times. Then he spins four times.

Background

Nickelodeon UK (also known as Nickelodeon International) is a British pay television network owned by Paramount Global & launched on September 1st, 1993 (26 years after its American counterpart launched).

ID (2002-January 2006?)

Visualsː On an orange background, the Nickelodeon print logo from 1984-2009 is shown at the center. Depending on the ident, a random event would happen during its screen time.

  • September 2005-January 2006?: Starting in September 2005, Nickelodeon began to transition from the "letters" era to the "scribble" era. Following this, all of the idents were modified with 2D hand-drawn animations made with marker (and sometimes with paper, handprints, splats, stains, etc.).

Triviaː This graphics package was created by the notable British design agency The Designers Republic. [1]

Variantsː

  • Wheelː The Nickelodeon logo is shown like usual. An orange tractor wheel rolls towards the word. Once the tractor wheel is close enough, the wheel drives over the text and flattens the text before the word pops back to normal.
  • Scissorsː The CGI text pops out of the background. Scissors with teeth appear at the right side and cut the text. The logo goes to the left revealing the text.
  • Handː A live hand quickly grabs the left side of the text. The hand leaves while grabbing onto the text, making the rest of the ident only an orange background.
  • Pushing & Pullingː Two children carry the text in a rectangle. The ident zooms out while the children and the rectangle fade out.
  • Spinning Lettersː All of the letters for "Nickelodeon" spin to get in their proper position.
  • Carsː Cars are seen driving under the text. A blue car, which is the last car to be seen driving, crashes into the text before immediately driving away.
  • Tornadoː A tornado settles towards the text and carries the letters from right to left.

  • Gigglingː The letters in their proper position are seen watching television, where a bright light from the television is shown. As this happens, the logo is tilted at the upper left corner. A man from the television program screams, and each of the letters giggle while the logo tilts to the frontside of the text.
  • Gumː A live foot is seen smashing the text. As the foot lifts up, the text stretches like gum and attaches itself to the foot.
  • Lettersː Various letters appear for a split second in the same font as the standard Nickelodeon font. "Nickel" appears after a while, followed by the text "Odeon" located at the right side.
  • Silly Monster Aː A white monster runs behind the text. The monster tries to get his head through the "O" from the text. The monster eventually does, and the monster gets dizzy.
  • Silly Monster Bː The same monster walks in front of the text. The monster walks backwards afterwards, using the text to get him to launch. The monster launches and, just like the last ident, gets dizzy.
  • Silly Monster Cː The same monster is seen at the right side of the logo picking up the "N" from the aforementioned word and drops it, making a pendulum. The first "N" acts like a pendulum, followed by the second "N". Once the same letter does so, the letter hits the monster and sends him flying.
  • Silly Monster Dː The same monster places himself onto the text and swings on the text. The text sends the monster flying to the screen, making him dizzy. The monster disappears to the bottom of the logo and the text places itself to the center.
