Park Place Productions
Background
Park Place was founded in 1989 and mainly developed sports titles. In 1993, it was named one of the biggest developers with a staff of 130 people. By the end of 1993 however, the company collapsed as publishers withdrew their contracts and payments were cut off. Several employees went on to work for Sony Imagesoft. As a result, the Park Place brand was used by Sony Imagesoft on several games until 1995.
