Background

Time Warner Interactive Group was a unit of Time Warner that was originally formed in 1993 to release several CD-ROM titles. In 1994, this company, along with Atari Games and Tengen, were merged to form Time Warner Interactive.

Logo (1993-1994)

Visuals: On a black background, there is a white outline of a tree that morphs into the rainbow colored letters "TWIG". Then, the rainbow-colored text "Time Warner Interactive Group" fades in, and then it turns to sky blue.

Technique: 2D animation.

Audio: An orchestra warm up, then followed by an ascending synth theme, with a whoosh.

Availability: Seen on many CD-ROM titles from the era.
