Background

Five Life - Five's first offshoot digital channel - launched on 15th October 2006 with a schedule aimed primarily at a female audience. It relaunched as FIVER on 28th April 2008. As part of the re-vamping of Channel 5's portfolio of channels, Fiver (originally launched as Five Life) became 5* on 7th March 2011. The presentation is basically the same as Fiver's, but edited to include the new logo.
