ARP Films was a television syndication company that was formed in 1976 by Claude S. Hill from the descendants of former syndicators TVNational, Vikoa Enterprises and Krantz Films, to continue distributing the library, including Marvel-related characters to syndication. The company was involved in a 1986 lawsuit between Marvel Entertainment Group and ARP Films, the case was settled later on in this decade.
Visuals: On a blue background, there is a white square with a yellow rectangle and two red squares below it inside. To the right are the words "DISTRIBUTED BY... ARP FILMS, INC.", in the same font as the text in the opening variant of the Marvel Comics Animation logo of the era.

Availability: It was seen on 1970s reprints of episodes of the 1967 Hulk cartoon and the 1967 Spider-Man cartoon, plastering the Krantz Films logo. This logo is intact on an episode of the 60's Spider-Man cartoon which was included in the bonus features on the Australian DVD release of Daredevil vs. Spiderman.
