Background

Astro 25 was a special channel launched on August 16, 2021 by Astro in conjunction with Astro's 25th anniversary. It airs Astro programmes from the past, such as Akademi Fantasia; and even aired latest programmes too, including the Astro 25 Concert. The channel was available until October 3.

Visuals: The screen fades from white to reveal "25", with "5" being connected to "2" below, emerging as it slowly zooms out and rotates to its back, while separating its colored layers in pink, orange, green, blue and dark blue, one-by-one, as the background changes to its respective color in sync with the appearance of layers. A light is seen shining on the "5" when the pink layer is separated, and on the tip of "2" during the reveal of the blue layer. Another light flashes on the top-right corner, and all the layers of "25" later merge back to the white "25" as it rotates back to the front and zooms out to the right, while the 2013 Astro logo, slides in behind "25". A light then runs through the logo as the background changes back to white.

Variant: For breakbumper, the logo is shortened to when the green layer is already revealed.

Technique: CGI.

Audio: A rising synth tune with shining sounds.

Audio Variant: Just the last few seconds of the ident for the breakbumper.
