Camelot Entertainment Sales, Inc. was the barter advertising sales division of King World Productions, Inc. that founded was in 1982. In addition to King World, it also supplied barter services to Merv Griffin Enterprises, MGM Television, MCA TV (until 1993), and Buena Vista Television. It was later renamed as "King World Media Sales" in 1997. Currently, this unit is known as "CBS Television Distribution Media Sales".

1st Logo (September 16, 1991-April 8, 1994)

Visuals: On a black background, there is a still shot of the Camelot Entertainment Sales logo, which is the word "CAMELOT" in a giant red font with a silver border around the letters and "ENTERTAINMENT SALES" in a small white font centered underneath the logo.

Technique: A still graphic.

Audio: A synthesized medieval trumpet fanfare that starts with a drum.

Availability:

  • It was seen on James Bond Jr. and most episodes of Catwalk. Over half of Season 2 of the latter remains, as of 2024, unaired and lost due to a licensing conflict between MTV Networks and the creator of the program, Adam Kidron.

2nd Logo (September 13, 1993-May 25, 1997)

Visuals: There is a New York City skyline at dusk (including the pre-2001 World Trade Center). The word "CAMELOT" in a giant Baker-Miller pink gradient font zooms up from behind the buildings, followed by the words "ENTERTAINMENT SALES", also in Baker-Miller pink, in a smaller typeface.

Variants:

  • A long version exists where at the end, the background fades to black.
  • The pilot of Bruno the Kid had a still variant of the logo with the text "EXCLUSIVE NATIONAL ADVERTISING SALES AGENT, CAMELOT ENTERTAINMENT SALES, INC." under it. Here, the background is black.

Technique: Computer animation.

Audio: Same as the 1990 King World Productions logo.

Availability:

  • So far, the only known appearances of the regular version of this logo was on MGM and Claster's The Pink Panther (1993 series), which last aired on Boomerang UK.
  • The long variant appears on some episodes of Bruno The Kid as well.
  • The still variant with the byline, is only know to be seen on the pilot of the aforementioned show.
