Based in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, it is owned-and-operated by Chubu-Nippon Broadcasting. In 2013, the radio station was spun-off into a wholly-owned subsidiary. As a result, the station changed its callsign from JOAR-DTV to JOGX-DTV.
