Visuals: On a black background, there are a set of outlined, rock-like 3D polygons on the top and bottom; those on the latter have a longer height compared to the former. In between these two polygons is "HIDDEN TRUTH" in a tall font with two thin horizontal lines over and underneath it. Alongside the outlines, the text's coloring is a dimly lit tan foreground color centered on the right center.
