This is the production company of former MTM Enterprises employees James L. Brooks (who would later go on to found his own company, Gracie Films), David Davis, Stan Daniels and Ed. Weinberger (who would later go on to found his own company, The Weinberger Co.).
Logo: We see a clip of a stereotypical businessman named Mr. Walters (played by Ed. Weinberger, a producer for this production company) leaving his office, with a credit superimposed over the clip stating:
This is usually followed with an "In Association With" screen.
Variants:
Technique: It's all live-action.
Music/Sounds: The ending of the show's theme song combined with a female secretary saying, "Good night, Mr. Walters!", and Mr. Walters grumbling, probably from a hard day on the job. None for the Italian variant.
Availability: Rare, as it can be seen at the end of Taxi. This was also seen on the series The Associates and the 1978 TV movie Cindy.
Legacy: "Mr. Walters" is going in delayed motion (a la the MTM Enterprises logo).
