Background

MGM/UA Premiere Network was a syndicated movie package in the 1980s that aired movies from the MGM and United Artists libraries.

Logo: On a brown/black background is the MGM lion. It's basically the 1984 logo, minus the text "DIAMOND JUBILEE" and "SIXTY YEARS OF GREAT ENTERTAINMENT" text. Leo roars once.
