Logo (September 19–November 28, 1992)

Visuals: On a black background and with a slate blue spotlight on the bottom, the skeleton of a T-Rex is built from bottom to top. Afterwards, "SOME ASSEMBLY REQUIRED, INC.", in a hand written font and upper arced format, wipes in over the dinosaur. Near the end, the head of the T-Rex falls off.

Technique: Claymation stop-motion.

Audio: The closing theme of the show.
