Visuals: On a periwinkle background are a blue capsule with an "S" cut out of it, "Super Disc" under it, and a copyright notice saying "© 1991 Sony Corporation", all of which wipe in from the left. At the corners of the screen are four squares in different colors (clockwise from top-left: yellow, red, green and blue). At the extreme bottom of the screen is a single black line encompassing the entire width of it.

Technique: Sprite animation.

Audio: None.

Availability: Seen when booting up the cartridge required to start up the CD unit of the unreleased Nintendo Play Station, of which only one working unit is known to exist.
