Visuals: On a black background, a fairly rigid infinity symbol with triangular loops and with the upper half on top of the lower portion is shown on top of "tvmeio" in a rounded font as well as the copyright notice below the logo as a whole. On top of the symbol, there is "Realização". All elements are within a horizontal white-gray gradient background fill.

Technique: A still, digital graphic.

Audio: The closing theme of the program alongside a male voice reading the company name with "Meio" having a reverb effect.

Availability: The logo appears on episodes of original programming from this period such as those of Revista, Ronda, and Programa de Tarde.
