with "'''TalkBack'''" in a bigger and bolder font with gear-shaped holes in the "a"'s. Sometimes, it would have "For BBC TELEVISION" or "for CHANNEL FOUR" and a copyright stamp.

'''Variants:'''
* Sometimes, this logo shares the screen with the other logos including the 1988 and 1997 BBC logos.
* Sometimes, this logo would be placed outside the credits and have its own card.
* On ''The Armando Iannucci Shows'', the logo has a byline "A Pearson Television Company", the Talkback logo and "production" are lowercase, and an in-credit [[Channel 4 Television|Channel 4]] logo is used rather than "for Channel Four". Also, all are animated: Channel 4's logo fades in first, "talkback" flips in after that, and then the rest of the text fades in.
* One variant reads "A Talkback Features Production".
* In 2000, the logo was slightly modified with the lowercase "t" and "b". A byline was also added, reading "A FremantleMedia Company".
* On ''House Doctor'', the logo simply consists of the logo, the byline, and a bottom notice that reads "a talkback production for five".
* On ''QI'' series B, the text "{{Font|Serif|a Quite Interesting}}", with "a" above "Quite Interesting", was added above the Talkback name. The text "'''~ uk'''" was also added to the logo and the background writing overlaps with it.
* On ''The Day Today'', the logo as well as its full notice is in one row.
* On ''Smack the Pony'', the logo is black.

'''Logo:''' On a white background with bits of {{color|chartreuse|green}} on several corners and the top after a bright light flashes at the beginning, we have the "{{color|limegreen|'''talkback'''}}" name in {{color|limegreen|green}} and in bold. Below it would have the "'''{{color|limegreen|talkback}}{{color|darkblue|THAMES'''}}" logo name below and the byline "Part of the FremantleMedia Group" (or "A FremantleMedia Company"), and sometimes below that, the copyright stamp to FremantleMedia.

'''Variants:'''
* Sometimes, the logo is completely still.
* Sometimes, this logo shares the screen with the other logos including the 1997 BBC logo.
* Some co-productions would have "'''PRODUCED BY'''" above and "'''for (name/logo of network)'''" below the Talkback name.
* Sometimes, the Talkback name would read "'''{{color|limegreen|talkback~uk}}'''".
* On ''QI'', the text "{{font|Serif|a Quite Interesting}}" was added above Talkback name and the background has math scribbles.
** On series C, the "a" in "A Quite Interesting" is on the same row as the other words and "{{font|Serif|production}}" was added underneath the logo.

Background

Talkback Productions was formed in 1981 by Mel Smith and Griff Rhys Jones and it was one of UK's leading production companies. In July 2000, the company was sold to Pearson Television (which itself was sold and merged with CLT-UFA in 2000 to create the RTL Group and rebranded as FremantleMedia in 2001) for £62 million and was merged with Thames in 2003 to form Talkback Thames. On January 1, 2012, FremantleMedia UK split Talkback Thames into four companies, with Talkback focusing on comedy.

1st Logo (January 1, 2012-2019?)

Logo: On a black background, we see a green glowing ring with a gray outline and a big white "t" (set in Gill Sans Ultra Bold). The word "talkback" with the "t" in a bigger and bolder font than the other letters appears below with a byline reading "Part of FremantleMedia UK". The ring rotates around several times.

Variant: On series 1 of Jon Richardson: Ultimate Worrier, the logo appears during the UKTV Original Production logo.

Technique: CGI.

Music/Sounds: The end theme of the show, or none.

Availability: Seen on the shows created by the former Talkback, such as Celebrity Juice and QI.

2nd Logo (September 13, 2018-)

Logo: On a dark gray (or black) background, we see "TalkBac" with the "Bac" backwards. A sideways chevron shape comes in and pushes the "Bac" into the "K" in "Talk". The word "Back" then emerges from the "K", this time the right way around revealing "TalkBack" in a similar style to the 1st logo, except that the stars in the "a" and "b" are now hexagons. The hexagons also spin throughout the logo's duration.

Bylines:

  • 2018-2021: "Part of Fremantle"
  • 2021-: "A Fremantle Label" with "Fremantle" being said company's logo.

Variants:

  • There is a still in-credit version.
  • The Jon Richardson: Ultimate Worrier variant is the same as last time, except with this logo.
  • On Too Hot to Handle starting with season 2, the logo appears on the bottom and the Thames logo appears beneath, making it similar to the Talkback Thames logo.

Technique: 2D animation.

Music/Sounds: A sound of a VHS tape being inserted into the player, the ending theme from any show, or none.

Availability: Current. It debuted on series 20 of Celebrity Juice and appears on recent series of said show.
