Television Program Enterprises was a television syndication distribution company formed by Al Masini, who also formed Operation Prime Time and it was owned by TeleRep. It was merged with Rysher Entertainment in 1993. Al Masini, meanwhile formed his own production company to continue producing TPE's shows.
Visuals: On a black background, the letter "T" slides in from the left, "P" from the top, and "E" from the right. All three letters have streak effects as they move. The letters are filled in a blue gradient. The text "TELEVISION PROGRAM ENTERPRISES" is located above them and sandwiched between two "red lines, while "A DIVISION OF TELEREP, INC."
