1st Logo (July 9, 2004-August 22, 2014)
Visuals: The screen zooms out of a still partly cloudy sky sequence within a horizontal filmstrip frame, which is positioned on the forehead of a brunette woman with closed eyes. In addition to this, the background is shown to be like the image within the filmstrip but scrolling to the left. After the zoom out, the female crossfades with a blue tinted close up of an eye within the filmstrip and "THIRD EYE MOTION PICTURE COMPANY", in a stacked format and medieval handwritten font, below the frame.
Technique: 2D computer animation.
Audio: A choral track, followed by a brief, digital orchestral warm up.
Availability: The logo is seen on Metallica: Some Kind of Monster, Metallica: This Monster Lives, and 2008 prints of Paradise Lost and its sequel.
2nd Logo (July 15, 2016-)
Visuals: This is an updated, high definition version of the previous logo with several notable differences. Both the image and background include grass blowing rightwards and more realistic clouds. The filmstrip itself contains a subtle film grain effect and beveled texture. The company name is set to Papyrus and rises from the ground.
Variant: There is a version where the logo is in anamorphic widescreen.
Technique: 2D computer animation.
Audio: Same as before.
Availability: The logo is first seen on Tony Robbins: I Am Not Your Guru and later appeared on Confronting a Serial Killer, Crime Scene: The Vanishing at the Cecil Hotel, and Shadowland.
3rd Logo (July 22, 2017-October 20, 2018)
Visuals: On a black background, there is a filmstrip on the left, showing an open eye against a cloud background. Next to it is the name "THIRD EYE" in Futura Condensed Bold.
Technique: A still, digital graphic.
Audio: The closing theme.
Availability: Seen on Gone: The Forgotten Women of Ohio.
