Background

This is Betty White's vanity card.

Logo (January 16, 2012-July 9, 2013)

Visuals: On a dimly lit gray background, an elderly woman's hand quickly places down five playing cards from the left. From left to right, the cards displayed are a 10 of spades, a jack of hearts, a queen of hearts, a king of hearts, and an ace of clubs. The heads of the middle three cards are replaced by that of a golden retriever, an old woman, and an elderly man with glasses, all of which are tinted blue. Also appearing below is the company name in a stretched, Western-like font and a red gradient.

Trivia: The woman pictured in the queen of hearts card is Betty White, as well as the king of hearts card is White's husband Allen Ludden and the jack of hearts card is White's dog Pontiac.

Technique: 2D animation.

Audio: A card folding accompanied by the ending theme of the show. Sometimes, the sound of a card folding is absent.

Availability: Only seen on the first two seasons of Betty White's Off Their Rockers on NBC.
