Visuals: On a white background, a box that has an ocean, a rock and a yellow sky with moving clouds and the sun setting appears. "MARVISTA", in Eurostile, fades in slowly and rippling. A white flash occurs, and the box is now more modernistic-looking, with a red sunset sky, simpler rock and ocean, and the "MARVISTA" text is now white. "e n t e r t a i n m e n t", in the same font, fades in under the box.
Variants:
Technique: 2D computer animation.
Audio: The sounds of the ocean waves followed by a synth note (which was composed by Matthew Janszen), the end theme of the movie, or none.
Availability: Seen on MarVista releases from the time.
Visuals: The logo starts with the camera zooming over an ocean at sunset. The camera pans up, showing the rock and the sun. "MARVISTA E N T E R T A I N M E N T" in beige ripples from the ocean. As the sun begins to set, a lens flare occurs, changing it into a drawing on a black background. Also, the text changes its color from beige to plain white.
Variants:
Technique: CGI.
Audio: An orchestral theme with a drum chick at the end (composed by Mikel Shane Prather), or the end theme of the movie/show. There is also a short version as well.
Audio Variant: On Kindred Spirits, the logo is silent.
Availability: Seen on MarVista releases from the time, which in most cases often air on Lifetime, LMN, UP and Hallmark Channel. The shortened version was spotted on some prints of Disney Channel's Zapped, among others. It last appeared on The Captive Nanny.
Visuals: On a black background, a half circle with a rock and ocean, as well as the words "MARVISTA ENTERTAINMENT", all in white, zoom in slowly. The product looks similar to the previous logo.
Variants:
Technique: Zooming effects or none. Computer animation for the My Bloody Galentine variant.
Audio: The beginning/ending of the trailer/movie or none.
Audio Variant: On My Bloody Galentine, the sound of liquid blood pouring can be heard along with the opening theme.
Availability: It can be seen on trailers from recent MarVista releases, as well as on other releases of the company. It also appears on My Bloody Galentine and The Way Home.
Visuals: The logo starts with a white background. As the background fades, the camera quickly zooms away from a gray rock in the sea until a comfortable distance is reached, with "MARVISTA" zooming out as well. Shorty after, a small "ENTERTAINMENT" fades below. The text is in the same font as the previous logo.
Variant: A shortened version exists.
Technique: CGI.
Audio: Same as the second logo.
Availability: It debuted on Driven to the Edge and is later seen on Obsessed to Death, The Ex-Obsession and A Neighbor's Vendetta. It can be found on Lifetime, LMN, UP, Hallmark Channel, Tubi, and Peacock.
