Visuals: Over a black background, there is a clapperboard slate without box or lines. The first clapperboard slate has "WES CRAVEN" in it, while the second clapperboard slate has "FILMS" in it with lines. Behind the logo is a red rectangle.

Variant: On Nightmare Cafe, the words "In Association With" is shown below the logo.

Audio: A short piano ditty or the end theme of the show.

Availability: Seen on The People Next Door and Nightmare Cafe. This logo didn't appear on the TV movie Night Visions, opting for an in-credit notice instead.
