1st Logo (2003-2006)

Visuals: On a blue background, the text "A PRODUCTION OF" zooms in. Suddenly, some silver blocks zoom out and combine together to create the Michigan Television logo. The logo consist of a blue box containing a stylized, black filmstrip with white holes and the right part colored in a black-white gradient. The words "MICHIGAN" and "TELEVISION" are inside two black boxes and placed respectively, above and below the filmstrip. Finally, the GIDS logo zooms in.

Trivia: The blue background with waves is stock-footage used on various logos like Reader's Digest Young Families.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: The announcer saying "High School Challenge is a co-production of Michigan Television".

Audio Variant: In 2005 there was a different voiceover saying "High School Challenge is produced by Michigan Television".

Availability: Only seen at the end of High School Challenge.

2nd Logo (February 12?, 2006-2007)

Visuals: On an orange background, there is the stacked text "MICHIGAN TELEVISION" on a black rectangle, with the PBS "P-Head symbol" on the left. Then, it fades to the GISD logo.
