Independent Television News is a news company in Britain, founded in 1955. It is possibly the news subsidiary of ITV.

1st Logo (Early 1990s)

<youtube width=240 height=185>id=aSuPpFwrRCg}}

Logo: We see a big, 3D, blue "ITN" with a yellow outline floating atop a body of rippling water that reflects it.

FX/SFX: The water rippling. Okay early 90's CGI.

Music/Sounds: A calm, cool xylophone ditty with an ethereal sounder in the background.

Availability: Extinct. Only used on ITN at the time.

Editor's Note: The music may seem ominous and the letters are quite big.
