Background

One Potato, Two Potato is a production company established by Optomen with its New York-based subsidiary Optomen Productions, Inc., in conjunction with chef personality Gordon Ramsay. The company's name is a nod to the children's game Hot Potato. The company is now a subsidiary of All3Media after Optomen was acquired by said company in August 2010.

Logo (October 24, 2008-)

Visuals: On a black background, the text "ONE POTATOTWO POTATO", in the same font as the Optomen logo, appears one-by-one from bottom to top while positioned slightly above the center. The words also slightly drop from when they appear. When the logo is finished forming, an All3Media byline appears below, which is animated starting in 2013.

Variants:

Sometimes, the respective colors of the words might be dark purple and medium red violet.
On some Channel 4 productions, such as Gordon Ramsay: Cookalong Live and Gordon's Great Escape, the logo (sometimes with an "in association with Optomen" credit) is placed on the left, and the text "for Channel 4" fades in below the logo, as well as a copyright text saying "©One Potato Two Potato Ltd [YEAR]".
On Gordon's Christmas Cookalong: Get Ready, the logo is on a white background.
The logo may be still.
An early version of the logo has the words shifted up higher, and the All3Media byline fades in below.
Sometimes, the All3Media byline is absent.

Technique: 2D computer animation.

Audio: Matilda "Tilly" Ramsay (one of Gordon Ramsay's daughters) saying the company name.

Audio Variants:

Sometimes, it's the closing theme of the show or none.
On Hotel Hell, after Tilly says the company name, Gordon Ramsay laughs maniacally. Sometimes, Gordon's laughter is replaced by a lion roar.

It can be seen seen on newer episodes of some shows hosted by Gordon Ramsay, which include MasterChef (US version), MasterChef Junior, Kitchen Nightmares (US version), and Hotel Hell.
It can also be seen on Food Court Wars on Food Network.
