'''Visuals:''' Two gold bars fly from the left and right of the screen on a black background, join together, zoom back, and reveal a stylized "{{color|gold|'''''RS'''''}}" that shines gold and white at different times (at one point it shines so brightly that it even obscures the company name). When the logo stops, the words "{{color|gold|'''''RUBY-SPEARS ENTERPRISES'''''}}" appears under in an italic, futuristic, blocky font. |

Ruby-Spears Productions was an American animation studio founded by Scooby-Doo creators and former Hanna-Barbera employees Joseph Ruby, Jr. and Kenneth Spears in 1977 as a subsidiary of Filmways. However, they did not use a logo until September 1978 when the first show from the studio, Fangface, premiered. In 1981, Taft Broadcasting Co. acquired Ruby-Spears, which became a sister company to Hanna-Barbera and broke in 1992. It formed a short-lived partnership with Ashi Productions in 1994, but the studio shut-down two years later. Today, a majority of Ruby-Spears' library is owned by Warner Bros. Discovery (thru Turner Entertainment Co.), except Rambo: The Force of Freedom which is owned by StudioCanal (with Lionsgate handling domestic home video rights), It's Punky Brewster which is owned by NBCUniversal (with Shout! Factory handling domestic DVD rights and MGM Television handling international rights), Alvin and the Chipmunks which is owned by Bagdasarian Productions, Wild West C.O.W.-Boys of Moo Mesa which is owned by WildBrain and The Nacelle Company, and Mega Man, which is owned by Shochiku.

Visuals: Over a sky blue background, there are the words "A RUBY-SPEARS PRODUCTION". There are 4 orange lines that emerge from left and right of the screen. The initials, a robust "RS" (set in the Mecanorma Jackson typeface), slide upward from the stacked lines. Then "A COMPANY OF" appears; the logo then cuts to the next logo, that of Filmways, their former owner.
Variants:
Technique: Traditional animation.
Audio: The end of the show's closing theme, usually segueing into the Filmways Television "Trail" logo theme.
Availability: Seen on the first season of Thundarr the Barbarian and Fangface on Boomerang until these shows were taken off the schedule.
